Payment.
We use PayPal to process card payments and you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay.
We also accept bank transfers or cheques made out to Cornish Candles but can not send goods until the cheque has cleared 3 to 5 days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for packs of flares are £5.00 or FREE if you spend £20.00 or more, standard shipping UK mainland only, and it can take up to 5 days to arrive after dispatch for mainland UK only and will be sent by courier.
£5.00 candle flares shipping and free shipping does not include Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Ireland or the Highlands of Scotland.

We will deliver your candles a few days before the date that you have giving us
If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.
Candle Flares Returns
As Candle Flares Are Made To Order and due to the cost of shipping, once garden candle flares, torches have been delivered and you no longer need them or your event has been cancelled you can return them but at your own cost. www.Interparcel.com or www.parcel2go.com are the cheapest couriers .
RETURNS
Any damaged goods received must be reported to us immediately upon you receiving them, by telephone or e-mail. If you are not happy with your order please let me know and you can return it within 14 days of you receiving it and we will refund your money ( not including shipping costs ).
If the goods are damaged or we are at fault ( sent the wrong size, colour, order ) we will replace the stock once you have returned the order and we will pay for the shipping costs. When you have placed your order you will receive an email from us to confirm your order please read it to make sure that the order details are correct. If it is not correct ( wrong colour, size, wrong item ) let us know straight away and we will correct it.
Once goods have been sent out we will change them but it is down to the customer to pay for return shipping costs so please double check what you have ordered. We will not accept unathourised returns or candles that have been used, and under no circumstances will we refund money until the goods have been returned to us in there original packing.
Please leave a contact number or email address so that I can contact you in case there are any problems. Always read the candle burning instuctions before you use them CANDLES CANDLES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FIRES OR DAMAGE. Please note that all sizes and weights are approximate due to the nature of them all being handmade.

We collect information about you for two reasons, firstly to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We only collect your name and address, telephone number & email address for delivery and contact purposes ie, in case there is a problem with your order.
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
