Highlands & Offshore Shipping Costs For Candle Flares, Torches. 

Due to additional charges imposed by our couriers for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland, a surcharge may be levied to cover carriage to these areas.

We aim to dispatch  your order right away and will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Candle flare orders will be dispatched to arrive in time for the date that you have stated when you place your order.

If you have put down the date 20th July the candles will arrive on the 18th if standard delivery has been selected.

We can deliver to your wedding or party venue at a date of you choice. 

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

RETURNS
Any damaged goods received must be reported to us immediately upon you receiving them, by telephone or e-mail. If you are not happy with your order please let me know and you can return it within 14 days of you receiving it and we will refund your money ( not including shipping costs ). If the goods are damaged or we are at fault ( sent the wrong size, colour, order ) we will replace the stock once you have returned the order and we will pay for the shipping costs.

When you have placed your order you will receive an email from us to confirm your order please read it to make sure that the order details are correct. If it is not correct ( wrong colour, size, wrong item ) let us know straight away and we will correct it. Once goods have been sent out we will change them but it is down to the customer to pay for shipping costs so please double check what you have ordered. We can not accept unathourised returns or candles that have been used, and under no circumstances can we refund money until the goods have been returned to us in there original packing.

Please bear in mind that all the candles are handmade to order although votives are normaly in stock. We will always try to dispatch goods as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. If you are ordering candles flares please put the date that you need them for in the date box on the product order page.

Candle Flares Returns

As Candle Flares Are Made To Order once garden candle flares, torches have been delivered and you no longer need them or your event has been cancelled you can return them but at your own cost. www.Interparcel.com or www.parcel2go.com  are the cheapest couriers . The weight & length & width dimensions will be on the packaging so all you have to do is enter them on the websites details page. You will receive a full refund less the original shipping costs.

Always read the candle burning instuctions before you use them CANDLES CANDLES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FIRES OR DAMAGE. Please note that all sizes and weights are approximate due to the nature of them all being handmade.
