We aim to dispatch your order right away and will normally send your order to you in 2 business days.

If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

RETURNS

Any damaged goods received must be reported to us immediately upon you receiving them, by telephone or e-mail and a photo of the damage. If you are not happy with your order, please let me know and you can return it unused within 30 days of you receiving it and we will refund your money (not including return shipping costs).

If the goods are damaged or we are at fault (sent the wrong size, colour, order) we will replace the stock. Once you have returned the order or can provide a tracking number as proof of posting, we will also pay for the return shipping costs.

When you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm your order please read it to make sure that the order details are correct. If it is not correct (wrong colour, size, wrong item) let us know straight away and we will correct it. Once goods have been sent out we will change them, but it is down to the customer to pay for return shipping costs so please double check what you have ordered.

We cannot accept unauthorised returns or candles that have been used. We can send out more candles if needed only if you have a tracking number as proof of posting the candles back to us and in their original packaging where possible.

Candles are during busy periods are handmade to order and we will dispatch goods as soon as possible but please allow up to 5 days for delivery if choosing standard delivery.

CANDLE FLARES RETURNS

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR VENUE BEFORE YOU ORDER YOUR CANDLE FLARES TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ALLOW THEM TO BE USED.

THE CANDLE FLARES ARE MADE TO ORDER AND ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED AND YOU NO LONGER NEED THEM, OR YOUR EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED YOU CAN RETURN THEM, BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
